By accessing or using ShadowLogin's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

ShadowLogin provides a web scraping API service that includes proxy rotation, CAPTCHA solving, JavaScript rendering, and AI-powered data extraction. We provide the infrastructure; you are responsible for how you use it.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Overwhelm target websites with excessive requests
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Resell access without authorization

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise plans include 99.9% uptime SLA. Credits are provided for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds. See your plan details for specific terms.

7. Data and Privacy

We do not store scraped data on our servers. Your API keys are encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShadowLogin is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
