What is ShadowLogin?
ShadowLogin is a cloud-based web scraping API that handles proxy rotation, CAPTCHA solving, and JavaScript rendering automatically. You can extract data from any website with a single API call.
How does pricing work?
We use success-based pricing. You only pay for successful requests (2xx and 4xx status codes). Server errors (5xx) are never billed. Prices vary by target and whether JavaScript rendering is needed.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a free trial with 2,000 results. No credit card required. You can test all features before committing to a paid plan.

Technical

What websites can I scrape?
You can scrape virtually any public website. We have 50+ pre-built parsers for popular sites like Amazon, Google, eBay, and more. For other sites, use our AI extraction or custom parsing rules.
How do you handle CAPTCHAs?
Our system automatically detects and solves CAPTCHAs including reCAPTCHA v2/v3, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, and DataDome challenges. This is included in all plans at no extra cost.
What's JavaScript rendering?
JavaScript rendering uses a real browser to load pages that require JS to display content (like SPAs or dynamic pages). Enable it with render_js: true. It costs slightly more but ensures you get all content.
What is AI extraction?
AI extraction uses Claude 4.5 to intelligently extract data from pages. Instead of writing CSS selectors, you describe what you want in plain English. The AI figures out how to extract it.
What are the rate limits?
Rate limits depend on your plan: Free Trial (10 req/s), Micro/Starter (50 req/s), Advanced/Venture (50-100 req/s), Enterprise (custom). Contact us if you need higher limits.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and cryptocurrency. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
